Shower Door Installation

Frameless, semi-frameless, and sliding enclosures — measured on site and cut to your opening.

Glass that fits the opening you actually have

No bathroom is built perfectly square. Walls lean, tile bows, curbs slope. A stock enclosure assumes none of that is true, which is why so many of them end up shimmed, over-siliconed, and still leaking a year later.

Clear Pro Glass installs custom shower doors the other way round: we measure your opening first, then have the glass cut to those numbers. The result is a door that closes without a shove, seals where it’s supposed to, and doesn’t need a bead of caulk holding it together.

What we install

  • Frameless enclosures — 3/8″ or 1/2″ heavy tempered glass, hidden hardware, minimal metal.
  • Semi-frameless — a slimmer frame on the fixed panels, clean edge on the door.
  • Sliding & bypass doors — barn-style or track sliders for tight bathrooms.
  • Fixed panels & walk-ins — single-panel screens with no door at all.
  • Tub screens — fixed or pivoting glass for tub-shower combos.
  • Steam enclosures — full-height glass with a transom for steam showers.

Choosing your glass

Most people are deciding between three things, and it’s worth knowing what each one changes:

  • Thickness. 3/8″ is the frameless standard. 1/2″ feels more solid and costs more — it’s worth it on wide doors and steam units.
  • Glass type. Clear is standard. Low-iron glass drops the green tint you get on thick clear glass, which matters against white tile. Frosted, rain, and reeded glass buy you privacy.
  • Hardware finish. Chrome, brushed nickel, matte black, and brass. In South Florida humidity, the finish quality matters more than the colour — cheap plating pits.

How the job runs

We come out and measure, usually within a few days of your call. You get a written number covering glass, hardware, and installation — not a range. Once you approve it, the glass goes to fabrication; when it’s ready we schedule the install, protect the floor, set the glass, tune the swing, seal it, and clean up.

If something isn’t sitting right afterwards, you call us and we come back. That part isn’t complicated.

Building or remodelling?

If the bathroom is still under construction, talk to us before the tile goes up. Ten minutes on curb slope, blocking behind the wall, and where the door needs to land will save you a much more annoying conversation later. We work with contractors and remodellers across Broward and Palm Beach all the time.
